Overview
The crossing is already on Villeneuve Pierre-Charles — French Admiral and the Trafalgar Campaign 1805. After leaving Toulon on 29 March 1805, Villeneuve passed the Strait of Gibraltar — Strategic Waterway, joined Gravina Federico — Spanish Admiral at Cadiz — Spanish Naval Port, and crossed to Martinique to draw Nelson Horatio — Biography Overview west.1
The Feint
This note covers that 1805 Atlantic feint only. A harbour plan, a troop count, and a land campaign stay on RESEARCH_QUEUE.
The same campaign note already records that Nelson followed late, and that the Combined Fleet recrossed and fought the Battle of Cape Finisterre 1805 on 22 July. Those sentences stay there. Do not invent a landfall day the filled notes do not name.2
