The Build

This note covers that yard-build only. A founding year for the yard, a workforce, and Chatham statutes stay on RESEARCH_QUEUE.

Construction took six years — not unusual for a First Rate. Same Victory note. Royal Dockyards — Largest Industrial Enterprises already names Chatham among the five great yards as a scale fact; this note does not reopen that list. Plymouth Dockyard is the Sovereign build-credit note.²
